Create Your Account
Visit talentobot.com and click "Sign Up". Choose "Employer" account type and fill in your details. You'll get 10 free interviews to start.
Create Interview Project
From your dashboard, click "Create Interview". Choose a pre-built template (e.g., Frontend Developer) or create custom instructions for Tami.
Share Interview Link
Once created, you'll get a unique link. Copy it and send to candidates via email, LinkedIn, or your ATS.
Review Results
When candidates complete the interview, you'll see detailed analysis with scores, transcripts, and AI recommendations in your dashboard.
Start with a pre-built template and customize it based on your specific needs. This saves time while ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Creating Your Account
talentoBot offers two types of accounts: Employer and Candidate. This guide focuses on creating an Employer account.
Account Types
- Employer: Create interviews, manage candidates, view analytics (this is what you need for hiring)
- Candidate: Track application status and view interview results
Registration Process
- Visit talentobot.com/register
- Select "Employer" account type
- Enter your email address and create a secure password (minimum 8 characters)
- Optional: Add your company name (you can complete this later)
- Click "Register"
- Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox
Make sure to verify your email address. Without verification, you won't be able to create interview projects.
